CAMPAG ERGO SHIFTERS PULL RATIO

Does anyone know the pull ratio of campag 10spd ergo shifters and will they work with shimano 10spd rear mech/freewheel set up?

I do not know the ratio but 10sp Campag and 10sp Shimano are not compatible. It is not just pull ratio but also cassette width that differ.

I use Campag Veloce 10sp shifters and 9sp Veloce rear mech with a Shimano 9sp block.This works perfectly for me.
One click of the shifter moves the cable 2.866mm,this is then magnified by the rear mech to shift the chain one sprocket per click.
