Clipless mistake

No not falling off.

I pushed the cleats - SPL SL into the pedals so I wouldn't lose them, and found out how hard they are to remove with no shoe to provide leverage. phew I'm all sweaty prying them off the pedal :oops:

    Done that with my shoes, one pair on a pedal but never cleats only. Have you released the tension to its softest setting?
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    yeah the black plastic piece in the window was at the top.
