Which Fork

I am looking for a suspension Fork for my Scott Aspect 45.

Preferably between £100 and £170 It would have to fit the Bike (11/8), at the moment I have a Rock Shox Dart 2 (80mm). I would like 100mm Travel


Does anyone have any ideas?

tora 318 solo air, but ideally you'd spring a little more and get a reba, it's a lot lighter and a really really nice fork for only a few sheets more!

Cant fault that advice. Reba the best fork for the money, if you can stretch to it.

Tora perfectly good if you can't afford the extra and don't mind a little extra weight.

Have to concur with the advice above. I was looking at Tora then in the end got some Rebas in fab condition off ebay for £150 and I'm amazed at how much difference they make to ride quality.

I had some Judy TTs on there before so not surprising really.

I have come across the Marzocchi MX PRO which are air, Has anyone had these if so what are they like?

What made the Reba so good was the massive discounts for 07 and 08 - unfortunately not many left, if any at all. 2009 is about 265 reduced.

MX Pro is a good fork - reliable, smooth, if a little weighty.

Better than the MX pro INHO. Also merlin have the recon 327 for a paltry 110 quid!

Recon Race Solo Air 2008 with Motion control but £180, £10 over you budget.
Marzocchi 33 TST2 2009, but that's too £180, £10 over you budget.

Am I the only one that thinks that Marzocchi forks are a bit cheaper than last years models? Or not. :?
