Thought I'd introduce myself, not quite a beginner but not experienced either. Im also a student from Dunfermline, Scotland but live in Stirling during the week so plenty of cycling to be done round here, graduate next year. Currently riding a Commencal Combi Disc 07 but looking to upgrade in the new year, hoping you lot can maybe help with that.

Anyway, I will potter around see what I can see.

Hardtail, not even entertaining the thought of Full Sus because I want a real high spec for my dosh.

Welcome. That's a nice bike, have you decided what you want the new bike for, and how much do you intend to spend ? It may be that a few choice upgrades could be a sensible option.

Im looking to spend around £1000 - £1300 on a hardtail. Im a little obsessed with the 08 P7 Pro at the moment.

The Commie has served me well and I will keep it for some duties.
