  • On the flat I do my best to stick at 100rpm. I prefer to go for a target cadence rather than speed, seems more achievable.

    Cadence does tail off as the gradient increases and on some hills I am just doing what I can to keep going! Top cadence on the fixed is 167rpm :) and no bouncing!
