Well - finished my fixed/ss. Tried fixed this afternoon - years since I;ve done so. How difficult is that?

Felt like I was going to go over the bars! Any tips?. My calves are burning!

    Relax - just let the pedals push your feet round rather than trying to consciously 'pick-up' the pedal stroke.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
