Found in the Mitcham Common area. We are fostering it until we can trace it's real owners. If anyone knows of one that has been lost or stolen, please PM me. :)

    I had one stolen in 1975. 5 speed,red frame with blue front forks, huret rear mech, chrome wheels. I would be amazed if it was the same one. Even more amazed if you still have it or know where it is!

    Hi Butterfly,

    I came across this post recently and like andrewhush, I had my Carlton Franco Italia stolen around the same time in London, so would also be amazed it this was it, however who knows? Mine was a racing green version, not the original paintwork as I had it stove enameled by Rattreys in Glasgow, but it was almost the factory colour and had the orange - white orange banding on the seat tube, chrome forks front and rear and the carlton logo on white backgrounds. It had a campag chainset and atom sf qr hubs. Ah what fond memories. Anyhow if this loooks the same please let me know. :D
