S-Works Stumpjumper - build advice please!

I've just got a very good deal on a new 08 S-works Stumpjumper frame. Over the next few months (as budget allows!) I'm going to buy all the bits for a spring build. I'll probably use Fox F120 RLC forks but apart from that I'm not really decided on anything. I'm a big bloke (15 stone!) but don't ride particularly aggressively. I'm tempted to go for XTR everything and try to get some deals on 08 stock but could be persuaded on other alternatives! I'd be grateful for any advice!
