One of mine is not clamped to my bars tightly enough & is sliding down. Before I go in & start yanking back the hoods & bar tape, where do they tighten? I have previous form for dismantling things unnecessarily...

    Peel back the hood from the top and you should find on the outside of the body an angled groove with an 5mm hex socket bolt,this is the clamp bolt,Tighten it to 6-8nm that should solve your problem
