hi quite new to this forum thing but have found it very usefull this has prob been asked loads but i have been commuting for a year and just got a road bike which i love used to have one and race time trial etc and was quite quick 22 min tens 58 25s and am hoping to get back to this level if poss any way weather seems to be against me used to have a turbo but found it good work out but boring and have just seen a set off rollers in paper for 25 quid question is any good will i damage my new pride and joy? thank you in advance any help gladly recieved
