Are there any bike routes in telford apart from going up the wrekin?

Got a car ? Head over to Shrewsbury..Haughmond Hill etc. Also, Also Eastridge 20 minutes past Shrewsbury and Llandegla isn't that much of a treck. Takes me 45 minutes to drive from Shrewsbury.

If you have access to a car then you've got a fair few options. On top of what Liam has mentioned you've also got Cannock Chase not too far away and the Long Mynd.

Personally I haven't ridden around the Long Mynd area but Cannock Chase and Llandegla are worth the drive. Haughmond Hill is pretty good fun but I've found it quite busy with walkers and dog walkers on a sunday and sometimes even on a saturday.

Been to Nesscliffe today which is 10 minutes past shrewsbury on the A5. Some excellent trails there.

Laim, I've done a quick search on Nesscliffe, do the trails start off from the Country Park there?
