BB Advice - Hope vs FSA

So I posted another topic about the FSA SLK Carbon crankset on the ChainReaction flood sale.

I just found out that they didn't include the BB - although I'd say their website is a bit misleading. Still for the price I paid it was a great deal.

Anyway - now I need to buy a BB.
I'm considering getting the Hope BB as my expectations are high for it - good reviews etc etc

Anyone using the Hope? Is there noticeable difference from a 'standard' BB?
Also any difference between the Hope Stainless Steal vs Hope Ceramic?

    i hjave just installed the Hope ceramic. It looks the nuts, other than that it feels amzingly fluid but ive not done much mileage on it as its on my race bike and we are out of seaason.

    the Hope ones are now full price at CRC rather than their Flood prices so if you go ceramic you'll be spending more than SS.

    Also at that price are Acros SS and ceramic which have good reps.

    Not tried either yet as my standard Shimano ones are still going strong.

    Just make sure you get a road version, not an mtb one :wink:
