My day sucked!

Cycled to St. Pancras station this morning as usual, to go up to Harpenden where I work. No biggie. But with a whole train full of people wanting to get off at St. Albans, or Luton Airport the train was instructed not to stop until its final destination Bedford. Great. Up to now I mainly felt sorry for all the folks who missed their flights.

Back in Harpenden an hour later an icy rain set in, I got soaked within minutes, because the roads where flooded 1 inch deep. Then my neighbour ran telling me the police knocked down my front door. Wrong address apparently. Ooops.

And now I've been told I have to arrange for the repair myself, then claim the costs back from the police! That sucks. No fault of my own this mess. Will need to cycle very hard to get rid of all my anger before I start shouting at people!

Did your day suck? Tell me why!

Weekdays always suck (between 9 and 5 anyway).

I'll put you a new door in, and give you a bill for £70,000 to claim, and split 50:50?

    hey guys,
    that cheered me up!
But days where hard as well - loosing a digestive - just when you're about to tuck in! All that mouth-watering anticipation, in vain!

To soothe your pain I wrote a little poem:

My friend you don't save the half biscuit anymore,
So save what's left and cherish -
Iit was topped with chocolate and sugar galore,
and dropped in the tea so bearish!
