Beastway series and offroad racing at Hog Hill in danger

Some of you might have participated in the successful Beastway MTB series at London's old Eastway circuit. The London Development Agency promised equivalent facilities at Eastway's replacement, Hog Hill (AKA Redbridge Cycling Centre), but it looks like the offroad part of this is in danger.
