Depending on what sort of riding your after.

If it's XC you're after, there are a few routes to be found. I know a loop around the south west of Norwich, I've done a decent coastal loop near to Cromer. There have also been fairly decent routes printed in magazines in the last couple of years, one around Swaffham and another around Wells, on the coast. There's also some trails to be found at Bacton woods and there's a few play areas about if that's what you fancy. There was a great one at Ringland, just outside of Norwich, until the council bulldozed it. There's also quite a bit of stuff at Mousehold Heath, in Norwich.

Try asking on the forum linked in my sig. Quite a few Norfolk riders on there.
