Cycle Hire San Gimignano

I'm off to Italy next year, the San Gimignano* area.
Can anybody recommend a good cycle hire place out there? I'll be looking to get something at least half decent to put in a few miles on.
Also if there are any routes/climbs that anyone can recommend I'd be really grateful.
Cheers
*Not my choice, my sister is getting married there, so with a limited budget I've had to turn this into my annual holiday too, hoping to find some good riding there though.
