    Th comments are also worth reading. The AA has produced this report and I have little faith in the motives or abilities of this organisation.
    The depatment of transport would no doubt likeus to think this has something to do with fixed speed cameras. This I also mistrust.
    I suspect that if this is any more than the random fluctuation of numbers then it probbly has more to do with increased congestion. A stationery car in a line of traffic isn' going to kill anyone (I hope)

    yes, and they come in a range of colours thanks to the highlighter pens that come with them. In the event of a crash the crumple zone is a little excessive
