avid bleed kit - formula?

Does anybody know if the little screws you get with a formula bleed kit are the same size as the ones you get with an avid bleed kit.

I dont fancy paying the extra for the avid kit over the formula one if they are essentially the same and both work ok with juicys.

the Avid one is better.
I have both and have not tried each in each other but i thing they are different.

Yes - the threaded part fits (I've just tried mine). There's no clip in the Formula bleed kit but I've got a plastic sandwich bag clip/ peg thing that clamps the flexible plastic tube OK.

so formula kit + a sandwich bag clamp = same function as avid kit at half the price.

I haven't seen the Avid kit in the flesh but it looks the same. although you get a few more bits and some 5.1 fluid with the Avid kit.

I've found that you need to remove the o-ring from the avid kit's fittings to get them to seal in the formula ports properly.

Other than that, I use the Avid kit on both
