Suspension clicks?

hey there ive just bought a GT tempest 2.0 and when i lift the forks up after pressing down on them they click, what is this and can it be stopped? the forks RSt launch R8's

Back to where you bought it I'd say. Let them sort it out. Shouldn't be doing it as long as you've just bought the bike. As long as they haven't been abused badly of course.0

ok cheers, i was wondering though if its possible to do it myself? as there are 2 knobs on the top of the fork, what do they do?Cotic BFE MK II0

My Recons did that exact thing. QUick go on the old shock pump found it was a bit low on pressure. Once at the correct pressure, prob was solved. It was my own fault right enoug, for trying to make the forks softer just by pressing on the valve with my finger. If you do that, air just PiXXes out.
