Planning on doing this with some mates next year. There seems to be plenty of organised rides out there but which is the most well organised?

I did one in July - Classic Tours organised it. Extremely well run, with efficient and pleasant staff. Specifically for charity though. Happy to tell you more about it.

Oh, and they organised a 15mph tailwind from Dieppe to Paris. Which was nice
