World championship track cycling in Poland - Tickets??

Hello all,
would very much like to go and see the cycling in Poland this spring, and have found the main website: http://track-pruszkow2009.com/
But am failing to see anywhere to buy tickets.
Anyone know any different, or is it just that they are not on sale yet?

Yes I can see the mention of January, but no mention of how to go about it except to name the website and there it seems to stop. Anyone got any ideas as I've booked accommodation and flights already!
