Rub on your lenses the faintest smear of washing up liquid or shower gel.

They steam up at the lights (I sweat a hell of a lot), but after 10 feet they are clear again. They also adapt to light really quickly and stop me getting dazzled by car lights.0 -

Soap works great too... I smeared some on bathroom mirror and wiped with a flannel.... No more steam when the hot taps running - no more steam on your glasses.0 -
motorbike visor anti-fog spray. It's only a few quid and you can use it clean your glasses
at the lights I pull my glasses to the end of my nose if they start to steam. You can see over the top of them and then they clear after a few seconds of cycling again0
