Hi Stanley222,

I use Fog Tech which is an advanced one step anti-fog solution.

  • A small dap of either washing up liquid or shaving foam wiped off with a cloth should do the job.

    Contact lenses....
  • They shouldn't fog up when you are moving (or certainly the anti-fog measures should work well enough).

At lights, perch them on the end of your nose. Aids ventilation and makes you appear distinguished.

Muc-Off glasses cleaner seems to work pretty well for me. Most LBS's or Wiggle etc should have it.
