Soles Hollow - has anyone ridden it?

Hi everyone
Soles Hollow is a minor valley in the Staffordshire part of the Peak District. It branches off the Hamps near to where that river joins the Manifold at Beeston. I did the track from the top (Throwleymoor Farm) to the bottom. It starts off OK, if a bit muddy across grass fields, but then turns into a rockfest where it enters the woods for the last 500m. I had to walk this section.
Has anyone else ever done it? Is it ridable? Maybe in the Summer? (My excuse yesterday was that it was too slippery and the fallen leaves hid the rocks.) Or should I take up knitting?
Cheers
