Hi
I'm after a spare headset for my Scott Reflex 202007, It has an integrated Ritchey logic in it at the mo but I'd like to get a spare as its my commuter. I'll be using it all winter and want a backup if things get crunchy.
Does any body know if its a drop in or press fit integrated there is both on the Ritchey website. http://www.ritcheylogic.com/dyn_category.php?k=98481
The new aspect frames and the older reflex has the same integrated headset type so if anybody knows which one it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm the sort who keeps a spare part of everything
Thanks in advance
Matt

well integreated does not have cups. Zero stack/internal has cups.
so what headset do you have.
Pictures of it as descriptions from makers are crap."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I'll have to take the stem off and have a peek.
Richey's website is not very clear, I have noticed headsets come in many flavours. Is zero stack/integrated the same thing?
If it's drop in I presume with no loading from the top cap and stem it should just drop out?
Its the only part of a bike I have never changed myself so I'm a newby on headsets replacement.

No very different.
can you see any cups? like in this pic you can see the black ring of the internal cup.
click it and zoom in. you can just see the black lip."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

here is an internal/zerostack cup fitted."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

HI
Thanks that's nice and clear now, yeah it has cups so I'll need integral press in right?
Cheers

so from the link the carbon press fit.
Or just replace the bearings that are there and leave the cups in?
there should be identification text on them."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
