James Bond Commuting...

On my way back from work (it was dark) Some kids had started a bin fire and at the same moment I rode pass it something exploded inside the bin (Big flames and noise), it was the most James bond thing that has ever happened to me! 8)

Anything cool happened to you?

    I was attacked by a dog once riding though a park. I went all ninja on it's head and managed to fend it off without even getting off the bike.

    I did stop however to give the owners, when they showed up, an earful about keeping dogs on a lead, including pointing to the park's bye-law notice which specifically required it (and also permitted cycling through the park, natch).

    Oh I was also once attacked by a leaf, but managed to swerve out of harm's way at the last moment!

    I hope the Brocolli's are reading this, what a brilliant idea, JB in a bike chase skitt, something along the lines of the classic Skiing ones they did in some of the movies, except DH MTB somewhere in the Alps, Bond lepping over cars, and the like.

    I think they did something a bit like that in the film Taxi 3 (the french one) where he gets chased by ninja's on rollerbades and he rides over cars or something?

    I forgot about the time I was bimbling along, minding my own business, in a secret underground base, and ended up setting the self-destruct on a rocket carrying a Lycra eating virus then fighting my way out past a load of incredibly incompetent ninjas armed with frikkin laser beams, aided only by a girl in a swimsuit, before pretend-shagging her in the hot air balloon we used to escape the exploding base (bike tied to one of the guide ropes).
