Just read the comments Frank made about doping, (which can be found here):

What I found most disappointing about this article is not so much what Frank said, but how I reacted to it. Frank's one of my favourite riders - anyone who loves McDonald's wins me over

But it's sad that I now doubt or I'm suspicious off every rider who's name is mentioned in regards to doping.

I'm not saying Frank is guilty or not; just the very fact I can no longer take someone's word as gospel shows how much faith I've lost in this sport in recent times.

He's saying he was young when he made the mystery payment in 2006 - he wasnt. He was 26 and already in his fourth year with CSC I believe ? How naive could you be ?

I've seen too many stars exposed as dopers for my liking already....

For a 20 year old neo pro that might be a reasonable, if inplausible excuse, but from one in a major team such as CSC it positively stinks. Rijs talks about his 'hand-on' style, guess depends on how much hands-on is..

It would be nice if we could just take people at their word. But you can't do that in the real world so why should you be able to in the cycling world?

Frank was on CSC in 06 which probably means he was part of an organised programme. Heck, Frank was even linked to Fuentes back in 06 so this story is not new really it's just confirmed.
