Hi Everyone, I am a 3D Design student at University. I am currently working on a project which promotes cycling and public transport. I have been researching into bicycle trailers. However I have very little experience using them. Does anyone own, use or commute with a trailer. What are the biggest pros/cons with the designs. What puts you off buying one is it the price, image or style? What is the best design one/two wheels? Do you use your trailer for shopping. Have you got any thoughts or opinions about evolving the design? Any information would be really useful thank you.

Are you interested in child carrying trailers? I have an ACT Chariot that I used to use to take my daughter to nursery. She's just about outgrown it now but I will use it with no. 2 when shes big enough.
If this is any use I'll PM you with some thoughts.
Cheers,

Hi Don,
Thanks for the fast reply. Any info on any trailers would be great. What do you like/hate about the trailer. Is it difficult to fit, to heavy to carry, cheaply made etc. Just a general overview of the prduct. Any comments would be a great help. Please tell me any problems or bonuses about its design. Where you torn between two seperate makes?
thanks very much

they are expensive for what they are, but I understand that produced in small numbers they need to make their money.
Main problems is that supermarkets/city centres don't provide a place to park and also they are difficult to secure.
Supermarkets and town centres need to provide facilities for trailer owners.0 -
Welcome 3ds,
you might get more joy if you join the forum on ctc.org.uk, I have witnessed a lot of 'trailer talk' over thereFelt F70 05 (Turbo)
