Marin 2009 bikes - Mount Vision vs Wolfridge..

Hello all from a newby (returning to mtb after a v long break.) Has anyone got either of these bikes? its one thing reading a great review in a bike mag but real world views would be very appreciated. I like them both very much but cant make up my mind if the Mount vision is all i need to enjoy racking up the miles on trail weekends and generally be a better all round bike or if the tougher Wolfridge with its more free ride properties would be more fun on more surfaces. the price difference isnt really an issue.
