I know doping is a serious subject, but sometimes you need a light hearted article to make you smile

I reckon the reason they don't want to test retroactively the Giro samples is because they used a rubbish pen to label them with. You know - you write on a bag what it is and when, and after 3 months in the ice it all comes off and the contents weren't leek soup like you thought but lard....

    "Is this Ricco's p--s sample or Piepoli's??"
"Dunno, all looks the same to me...."
    Spring!
    Singlespeeds in town rule.
  • A point made with some jest there, but quite true.
One company I worked for was handed a bunch of blood samples to test by a Professor of medicine, quite a few were labelled illegibly after being in a freezer for 6 months.
Remember that you are an Englishman and thus have won first prize in the lottery of life.

Well, you pull something out of the freezer, the label (even though written with an indelible pen is now illegible), you can see it's a pie, the contents through the little steam-slit in the crust makes it look like it's either chicken or apple.

How to tell which ? Stick it in the microwave and taste it !

Can't say I fancy that with a pot of p*ss...
