UST, LUST, Tubeless, Tubeless Ready ? Tyres ?

Hi all,
I am running mavic EX729 rims with Stans rim strips, latex stans sealant and Maxxis Dual Ply Minion tyres - problem is the Maxxis tyres are heavy, real heay 1100g each approx
I have tried running tubless with sinlge ply tyres but because they are run at lower pressure, the walls being single ply fail in no time
I therefore need a tyre that has good sidewall strength, are easy to seal with the stans and rims but are not as heavy as my minions ?
Any ideas out there ?
