Mosso Tornado Ti Frame

Evening,
Has anyone heard or know anything about Mosso Tornado Ti frame, Im looking for a Ti frame but on a budget, Ive seen this Mosso Tornado on Ebay for £514.99 and it seems like a genuine thing, same tubes as the Charge Duster Ti, the onely thing putting me off the idea is its from Hong Kong even though most frames are made there or Taiwan and the disc brake bosses looks a bit weak.
I would like to get the Charge or the Cotic frame but if i can save a bit of cash it would be all good?
