Hey
I have Fox front and rear, and I have had my bike for 10 months now, and have never touched the air pressure.
I assume this is not good.
But anyway, I am looking for a shock pump, is fox the best for what I need and does anyone know were I can get a cheap one.
Also what should the pressure be in the shock, mainly for commute and afan occasionaly.
Thanks guys.

You can order the Fox pump from MOJO near Newport. Search the web for MOJO shox and you will find it. They are the service centre for Fox in the UK.0

Hey
Thanks guys.
21.95 at the Fox shop not too bad for an auth dealer. Its 19.99 below, but I think its worth the extra couple pound to go straight to the dealer.

What PSI would I need my shocks to be?
Thanks again0 -
Depends on your weight and preferences.
I set mine to about 90PSi - softish. I have Fox 90RLs - basically the Float 100 but OEM for Specialized bikes.
Sounds like you are on a mission to buy an entire bike workshop!0 -
Yeh want to start doing stuff myself instead of asking you guys all the time.
I really dont have nothing, going to buy a chain breaker from merlin as well.
It cost like 20-30 quid to service my bike every 6 moths and its a pain when I should be doing it myself.
I have been looking at workshop videos and stuff, so just teaching myself.
Thanks dude.0 -
It won't take long - I've gone from only being able to do the basics to being able to pretty much sort anything out in the space of about a year. But yes - it's cost a fair bit too!0

Its far more satisfying to fix ur own bike anyways, u feel more of a connection to it (or is that just me?).0

Well I tried to get my LBS to sort my brakes - constantly squeaked, rubbed etc and they did a hopeless job so tried myself and completely sorted them!0

I have not even bled my brakes, but they are mineral, So I was told they would not need doing for ages, not like dot.
But want to learn to bleed and adjust my brakes, will check park tools.
Apart from that I think I would be ok at most things, apart from sawing stuff.0 -
Try one of these for a shock pump :

It's exactly the same as this little beauty:
