Between the two id say the cinder, but for me personally id choose a bontrager mud-x.

Of the two, cinders, but rampage and razer MX is a better combo.

iv used the cinders for general xc for a while now and i can't fault them.

I have used both. Cinders are tougher and seem slightly heavier. I prefer them on rocky or hardpack trails, whereas Fires I prefer for racing, or muddy, rooty stuff.

You wont go wrong with either tyre. My fires were worn out after about 6 months though.
