    Do CM events do anything, except p!ss drivers off and make them hate cyclists even more?

    Well the post on gumtree that "advertised" the mass last night said it was to "P SS Off car drivers" or to that effect. Which just means the selfish planks are using this poor lads death as an excuse. :x

    Just looked it up 5 minutes back.

    Well they could just cycle around the streets following the highway code, that would be enough for many drivers to become enraged.

    You know, bizarre outlandish behaviour like stopping for red lights, cycling on the road and not the footpath, having front and rear lights and high-viz gear; its drives them nuts, they just don't know how to cope with it it is just so unheard of (breaks down into hysterical sobs), next thing you know they'll be asking for 3rd party insurance and demanding a tax disc they can't have because being exempt they won't get one.

    Maybe someone should start designing expletive laden number plates to rub it in?
