Which one of these flighty rip-roarers would you go for?

(Obviously for fast XC riding but not afraid to tacke the steeper bits and occasional rocky trail)

Scott Scale 40 2009

Specialized Stumpjumper HT Comp 2009

Giant XTC 1 2009

Haven't ridden the Giant yet, hoping to do so on Monday. Not much to choose between the other two. The Scott weighs 25.22lbs but it's weakest link is probbaly the wheels, I think. Spesh has better parts but the frame is probbaly not quite as good as teh Scott. That's my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong.

Any opinions welcome... :?:

Not the same but I have the Stumpy HT Comp from 2007 and cannot fault it.

Light, climbs like a mountain goat and durable too. No real weak link - although some have moaned about the rear hub. Also don't like the tyres it comes with and I swapped the pedals from new for platforms (Wellgo MG1s - as light/lighter than most SPDs pedals).

2500ish miles later, it still runs brilliantly and still puts a grin on my face every times I ride it.
