Is this a good deal for a Giant AC

Hi,

Before I begin, I live in Australia, so the prices are in Australia dollars, btw.

I think it is time to sell my Specialized Rockhopper Comp from 2003, *I won't go into details*, and I am thinking because I am doing more FR and DH, I am looking at getting a full suspension bike that has hyrdolic disk brakes. My searches came up with a few possibilities, but I have a really tight budget, so because I want quality, I would need to buy second hand. Anyway, I could get a 2006 Giant AC (these arn't made anymore?) for $870 with the following kit:

Giant HV shock, 5.3"-6.6" rear travel,
SramX9 derailer,
Hayes sole hydrolic brakes f/r,
Truvativ handle bars,
Truvativ chain guide & crank arms,
SramX7 Shifter,
Easton seat post,
Marzocchi Dropoff triple forks 170mm,
Kenda blue groove tyres

I am not exactly sure what the other stuff is or what the model number is for a few of the things, but from that, do you think it is a good deal? It is completely black, and looks good too. The previous owner didn't use it much, about 100km on light trails and the road.

If you have any advice or want to see picture just say. Help would be much appreciated!

Thanks
