Everyone in Manchester Please note , email I've just received.:

Just to let everyone know that GM Police will be holding a free bicycle
tagging event, on Friday (24th October), between 1200 and 2000, just outside
the BBC offices on Oxford Road.


So ... take all your bikes down :D
