I guess you could try to persuede everyone to stop but I think the puns will continue leather you like it or not.

It'll end in tears though. Maybe even a fight. In fact I'd say this thread could be more dangerous than being in Star Trek when you've got the bourguignon-eck of the woods (christ that took some shoehorning).

I think it's rare to find a thread that has no blue language shown in the medium term. So Well Done! to all of you

On this site I think it is probably medium to rare.

Holy cow! Is that the time? I better get a moooove on to beat the evening stampede for the gay bar. I shall mince on over, chew the cud and burger..............................................................

  • That's the cream of the puns taken already. Dairy good wit, though. I don't mean to be a cattle-tail, but the cow I saw from a country lane on Saturday refused to answer me. I was speaking in Welsh though, and it might have been a Jersey. :)

"Excuse me if you think Ermintrude-ing here but I think the best post should win a bunch of Cowslips" said Zebedee to Florence in a roundabout sort of way.

"That would be magic!" She replied, amoozed at the thought.

This may well be a moot point, but I fear this thread has gone too far afield, and should almoost certainly be put out to grass.

And I thought this was a serious commooting forum as well

  • Some might think that killing this thread is a black-and-white issue, but I see a lot of graze.

You wouldn't want a thread like this to get pasture! Some of the cheesiest puns I've seen in commoooooting.

'07 Tricross Sport with rack and guards
STUNNING custom 953 Bob Jackson *sigh*

Blimey! Even my cat'll puke when he hears this pun
  • And to think some people brand us cyclists as hunourless. As so many of the puns have been off the hoof they have either been very (cow)slick or made me want to hide

Is your cat a coward? Can't he/she take this kind of licking?

No, usually he is quite bullish. He can even be a tricky little effer. Sometimes I could slaughter him

  • 55 posts in 7 hours: we must be heifer-active to spew out so many corned-beefy puns.

I'm going to head up brisketly to bed. Hopefully, once I'm loin down I'll be able to put this thread out of my head, or else I'll be broiling around restlessly all night!

Computing lectures tomorrow: AI. I can't remember whether that's Artificial Intelligence or Insemination...
