Can anyone help - I've got a seized old style bottom bracket on the drive side which I need to remove from my soon-to-be renovated bike. I've read about Liquid Wrench and PB Balster as the best to sort this out - where can you get it from? Or is there something else available - I've heard about PlusGas if this is any good? Cheers.

another vote for plusgas. Much better than wd40 anyway. Just leave it to soak for a few days/weeks 1st.

Plus gas is awesome. Liquid Wrench I've only heard of from US forums. Freeze release sprays like the Loctite one can be effective too.
