Just wondering how much protection you use when your riding. If its just a casual ride or racing.

Just a helmet... and i guess you could class gloves in there to.

Catlike Kompact helmet and 661 gloves.

    Depends on where I'm riding...

    Helmet, Gloves, Sunnies..

    Sometimes knee n elbow pads.

I use a Giro Encinal helmet, a selection of three sets of gloves (winter, summer, fingerless), and either Adidas glasses with interchangeable lenses or Rudy Project (very coooool)!

Helmet, Gloves and occasionally some knee/elbow protection. Don't bother with pads but use some strapping on a harder trail or in a race to protect from grazing.

If I can find a cheap set of glasses I'll get them - fed up of mud getting me in the eye!
