Drove through the general area this aft, and didnt realise how close it is to where i live. I reckon 20 mins in the car. But i couldnt find the actual entrance/car park. Can someone give me a clue?

Rich, you are from Hudds right? So you'd probably go the same way we would,

    Leave M1 at JCT 36.

Go towards Sheffield on the A61.

Its quite a way along the A61, a good 5/10 minutes driving.

You then make a left turn up Norfolk Hill, if you look on google maps you'll see it.

Up there to the crossroads, then turn right along Main street, this turns into Woodhead Road, it turns really woody and foresty, you go up over a couple of speedbumps, past some decent looking pubs, then the car park is about 1 mile up on your left.

You will love it there, get ready for some pedalling, and getting lost!!!

thanks fellas. seems pretty straightforward. I wouldnt go on the motorway though. its just as quick for me to go down the A629 to meet the A61

The national bike demo day is on at Dalby this Sunday too. Might get a chance to test some expensive bikes?

Could be a good thing though, a bit more life on the trails?

Plus you could get a test ride on one of the new bikes that'll be there?
