What's the Internationally Recognised Sign Language for "Why don't you look where you are going you f***ing tw@t?!" ?

For those times when verbal communication alone is insufficient.

    Point at your eyes. Look stern when you are doing it.

    If you've just been left hooked, ripping off the wing mirror and handing it to the driver is also fairly unequivocal.
