Are the shoes with recessed clips any good? They are often advertised as useful for commuters as we may have to do a bit of walking. Could anyone recommend a good brand/model, please?
Thank you

I use MTB shoes, the specialised BG sport ones, with MTB pedals. The shoes have tread like a football boot and the cleat is recessed on the ball of your foot. They're very comfy and you can walk on almost all surfaces without problems (cobbles are a pain though!) I've been known to wear them all day without issue. Really easy for commuting.
