Road rides in Cardiff

Am in Cardiff this weekend. Are the usual rides going from Cyclopedia Saturday and Maindy Stadium Sunday? What time do they set off? Thanks.

Think saturday is 9:30, I was with them two weeks ago, not sure if Maindy is 9:00 or 9:30.
I am also down this weekend again but training at velodrome saturday afternoon but if weather ok may stay for sunday ride.
