Anyone able to suggest a good calculator? I tried this

..but found the measurements very hard to believe, or even want to try.

I wouldn't belive that either mate, suggetsted a 61cm frame would fit me, went for a 57 and it still seems a little big so i'm going to swap the stem, think most would suggest fitting in a bike shop for your 1st bike.winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

That is strange as it came up with frames sizes from 52-56 depending on the type of fit I wanted.
I got a second hand 56 which seems to fit just fine ( it does need a longer seat post but not by much )
Did you get a hand with the measurement?
Not sure it would help but I am just getting back to cycling and road bikes0 -
nope didnt work for me,put me on a bike way too big too.0

it put me on a bike size of 52-54, but ride a 56, which was smaller than the van nicholas site which said I should have a 58.0

p.s, i'm fairly sure it's wrong as before i caught the "bug" a few months ago was just pootling about on a 54cm old c-dale r500, since i got the 57 frame have experienced the dreaded speed wobble for the first few times maybe it's the carbon.....but i doubt it :? :shock:winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg
