The hunt for a replacement for my old (94) Scott boulder is over!
Bought a 2008 Kona Kula Supreme yesterday and hit the trails today. This is my first trip into suspension and I'm liking! I tried a few (lots) of FS bikes thinking that was the way forward but nothing seemed right then I tried the Kula.
Its a flying machine, handles like a dream climbs like a scaled cat and I can't wait to see what the brakes are like when there bedded in but they already knock V brakes into a cocked hat. The spec is lovely, full XTR, Mavic Crossmax SLR's, Reba World cup, Selle Ti saddle carbon post and bars! Magic!
Its about 10 weeks to the gorrick spring series, just enought time to get fit, can't wait
