Broken ribs...again.

Hi all, after breaking a couple of ribs again (twice in six months), I thought it might be time to invest in a some kind of rib protector.
Most of the body armour on the market appears to be the type used for serious downhill and freeride. As I partake in neither discipline I figured a full set of armour is overkill.
Whilst searching the net I came across the Forcefield shirt:

This seems ideal, but I'm reluctant to buy it without any recommendations. So has anyone here tried it? Does it restrict movement? Is it too hot?
Thanks for any feedback/opinions.

Sympathy from these quarters - I've broken a rib and my fifth metatarsal doing straightforward XC
Shall follow this with interest, as "lightweight rib protector" is definite next purchase!0 -
Waist of time.
Body armour does not do much to protect against broken bones.
It mainly protects against lesser damage. If you are going to break a bone you will break it whatever."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Sounds like you need to invest in some lessons instead!0
