Garmin Edge 205 problems importing data

Hi,
Recently purchased a Garmin Edge 205. At first it was fine but now for some reason I can't import files/data into Sporttracks and neither can I use GPS Babel to upload routes I have made. For Sportracks I simply get an "Import Failed" report and in GPS Babel it's:
[ERROR] SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces: No more data is available.
Is the Garmin USB unit number 0 powered up and connected?
Is it really a USB unit? If it's serial, don't choose USB, choose serial.[ERROR] Get_Time: Unknown date/time protocol
GARMIN:Can't init usb:
Anyone encountered such issues and know how to resolve?

Try the above link. I was having problems downloading data into Training Centre, Mapsource and Tracklogs. Even I though downloaded the latest version of Training centre from the Garmin website I still had problems. They sent me the above link and it's been fine ever since.
