M-I-L has a Scott hybrid she goes to work on a few days a week and after picking up a few punctures (which she cant fix) she is wanting some better puncture resistant tyres.
Currently the tyre she has fitted is Deli Tyre and is 700x37c, any recommendations for a decent tyre with good puncture protection?
Cheers, Stu

  • Everyone raves about the Schwalbe Marathon + as indestructable. The ordinary Marathon is good too. Also lots or armadilo or Kelva options out of there. All pretty good. Take a look at the wiggle website for some ideas. 8)
Pain is only weakness leaving the body
  • +1 for SMPs. Me and the wife haven't had a puncture since we put them on. Rolls fine too.

    Can't recommend them enough.
I've forgotten my PIN for the pain barrier.
  • +2 marathon plus

although I want to try the marathon supremes as these are supposed to be lighter and faster.

Maybe get her a slightly narrower tyre as the first step towards her becoming a fully fledged roadie :)
